This 14-4C CMR Riser Security Cable is a multi-conductor, shielded cable designed for riser applications. It features stranded bare copper conductors with color-coded insulation in black, red, white, and green. The cable is jacketed in gray PVC and includes a ripcord for easy jacket removal.
The cable meets NEC Article 725 requirements as a CL3R type, rated for 75°C and 150 volts. It has an overall polyester-supported aluminum foil shield with a stranded tinned drain wire for noise reduction. The jacket is premium-grade polyvinyl chloride, suitable for use in riser shafts.
