This 24 AWG 2-pair computer cable offers foil shielding and a choice of 500 ft or 1000 ft spools. It meets UL 2464 and NEC Type CMR standards, making it suitable for control circuits, data transmission, and EIA RS-232 applications. The cable features fully annealed stranded tinned copper conductors and premium-grade color-coded S-R PVC insulation.
The shield consists of 100% aluminum/polyester foil with 25% overlap and a drain wire. A gray PVC jacket rated for -20°C to +80°C protects the cable. It also passes the 70,000 BTU Vertical Tray Flame Test and complies with RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC.
