This 6/4 Copper MC Cable with Ground features stranded copper conductors with aluminum interlocking armor for mechanical protection. The conductors are soft annealed and insulated with THHN PVC/Nylon rated for flame resistance and meeting UL 83.
Suitable for use in commercial, industrial, and multi-residential buildings, it complies with NEC Articles 230.43, 300.22(C), 330, 396, 518, 520, 530, and 645. It can be installed in approved raceways, open runs on a messenger, exposed or concealed locations, and tray run spaces with environmental air exposure as per NEC guidelines.
- Solid conductors per ASTM B3
- Bare ground wire with UL green insulation
- Interlocking galvanized steel armor over cable core
- Meets UL standards 83, 1479, 1569, 1581, 2256
- 6 AWG size, 0.925 inch outside diameter
