This Arca-Type Quick-Release Plate is compatible with the Olympus E3 and E30 DSLRs when used with an HDL4 battery grip. It is designed to work with most Arca-Swiss compatible release clamps. The plate is machined from 6061 T-6 aluminum and includes an anti-twist lip to prevent rotation. It features a 1/4"-20 mounting thread. The dimensions are 2.0 x 1.9 x 0.3" (5.1 x 4.8 x 0.7 cm) and it weighs 0.5 oz (14 g).
