Axis Communications A9801 Security Relay

The Axis Communications A9801 Security Relay is designed for use with Axis Door Stations. It provides tamper protection by cutting the connection to the door strike terminal block. The relay is compatible with Axis A8004-VE and A8105-E door stations. It features terminal block connectors for V+, COM, NO, NC, -, REX 12 V, 24 V, +, -, REL, I/O. The wire gauge supported is 20-16 AWG with a maximum length of 49' (15 m). The input power requirements are a minimum of 11 V and a maximum of 13 V with a maximum current of 750 mA. The relay output power is 750 mA at 12 V, 300 mA at 24 V. The casing is made of plastic and includes a reset button and a 1 x LED indicator (red/green). It is shelf mountable and fits in standard installation boxes US single gang, EU 60 mm. The operating temperature range is -4 to 122°F (-20 to 50°C) and the humidity range is 10 to 100% RH condensing. The product meets several approvals including EN 55022 Class A, EN 55024, EN 61000-6-1, EN 61000-6-2, AS/NZS CISPR 22 Class A, FCC Part 15 Subpart B Class A, ICES-003 Class A, VCCI Class A, IEC/EN/UL 60950-1, and UL294.
