The Eclipse Tools 902-306 ACSR Ratchet Cutter is built for cutting aluminum conductor steel-reinforced (ACSR) cables and other tough materials like steel wire and low carbon cables. It features a heavy-duty SAE 4340 steel blade and a ratchet-action mechanism that multiplies leverage for efficient cutting with less effort.
Its handles extend from 4 feet to 15.75 feet, allowing for adjustable reach and improved control. The cutter includes a zippered carrying bag for convenient transport and storage. The body is made from durable S45C steel to withstand heavy use.
