Electro-Harmonix STRING9 String Ensemble Effect Pedal

The Electro-Harmonix STRING9 String Ensemble Effect Pedal is a compact, polyphonic stompbox with nine classic string sounds and five controls. It transforms guitar tones into orchestral or lead string effects without modifications. The pedal uses technology from the EHX 9 Series and includes a freeze effect for infinite sustain on three presets. Independent volume controls allow mixing dry and effect signals, while dual outputs send dry signal at unity gain and mixed signal. Nine included sounds range from symphony ensembles to vintage synths. The pedal features a mono Hi-Z input and two outputs, with options to mute the dry signal in bypass mode. It includes a 9VDC power supply.
