CSR2 Replacement Rope

Los CSR2 Replacement Rope is a pre-packaged replacement kit specifically designed for restoring the CSR2 Pulley System™ with a new factory-configured Static-Pro rope assembly. This product is intended for use in situations where the original rope has been worn, damaged, or requires replacement without altering the structural integrity of the pulley system. Each kit includes 200 feet of Static-Pro rope with a sewn termination, allowing for secure attachment to the CSR2 pulley becket. In addition, the kit provides all the necessary hardware and accessories for proper installation, including a hex key, nylon cap screw, and shrink tube for sealing the rope end after installation.

Designed to match the standard rope length used in the CSR2 system, this replacement kit ensures that the re-roped system maintains the same performance characteristics as the original. When properly installed, the system will continue to meet NFPA General Use strength requirements. However, it is important to note that replacing the rope changes the CSR2 Pulley System from its original factory-manufactured configuration. While individual components retain their certifications and the completed system still exceeds NFPA General Use strength requirements, the assembled system is no longer considered UL certified to NFPA standards as a complete assembly.

The CSR2 Replacement Rope is available in two configurations: 11 mm (7/16 in) Static-Pro rope and 12.5 mm (1/2 in) Static-Pro rope. Each configuration is specifically designed for use with the CSR2 Pulley System™, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. The 11 mm Static-Pro rope is priced at $553.25, while the 12.5 mm Static-Pro rope is priced at $519.15. These prices are subject to confirmation based on availability and lead time.
