Once the shoreline plug is inserted into the Auto Eject, the Dynamic Disconnect delays the connection of the AC load until the plug is fully seated and secure. When the vehicle is started, the unit disconnects the load circuit before the Auto Eject releases the shoreline plug. This precise sequence helps prevent electrical arcing at the connector contacts, which in turn reduces contact wear and supports more dependable operation of the shoreline power system.

The Dynamic Disconnect is compatible with both Kussmaul WP Auto Eject and Super Auto Eject systems, making it a versatile component for various vehicle applications. It uses 30-amp relay contacts and operates on a 12 VDC input. However, AC power must be present at the shoreline connector for the device to function properly.
