This Mini V-Lok Camera Mount with 2 x D-Tap from Hawk-Woods is designed to fit directly into the original battery port of your Sony Z280 via a mechanical BP-U battery fitting.
The camera requires power through an attached cable, which is regulated to 12 VDC due to the camera's DC input requirements. Two 12V regulated D-Tap outputs are provided on the left side of the adapter. The total power available for the Z280 and additional accessories is 6A, providing sufficient power for accessories. The adapter is also compatible with the Sony PXW-Z190 camera.
