INTERMATIC GM40AV Auto-Voltage 40A Time Switch

The GM40AV Time Switch by INTERMATIC is designed for general purpose residential and commercial applications. It automatically detects input voltage within the range of 120-277 VAC without the need for DIP switches or selector pins. The device is mounted in a compact UL Type 3R outdoor enclosure, making it suitable for outdoor installations and easy retrofitting into other INTERMATIC enclosure types.

Key features include a DPDT switching configuration with two normally open and two normally closed contacts, a manual override switch for three-way operation, and power and status LED indicators. The time switch supports up to 48 ON/OFF operations per 24-hour period or 42 ON/OFF operations per week, depending on the model.
