The NAD Electronics C 379 is a 2.2-channel Class-D integrated amplifier featuring a high-performance ESS Sabre 9028 DAC, delivering 80 W per channel at 8 Ohms with low distortion and extensive digital and analog connectivity.
The NAD Electronics C 379 HybridDigital DAC Integrated Amplifier combines advanced Class-D amplification with a high-resolution ESS Sabre 9028 DAC supporting up to 384 kHz/32-bit audio. It provides 80 watts per channel into 8 Ohms with a total harmonic distortion below 0.03%, ensuring clean and dynamic sound reproduction. The unit supports a wide range of audio formats including AAC, AIFF, ALAC, FLAC, MP3, MQA, OGG, WAV, and WMA. Connectivity options include HDMI with eARC and CEC support, multiple digital inputs (optical, coaxial), analog inputs including a phono MM input with ground screw, and Bluetooth wireless streaming. Speaker connections are facilitated via four binding post pairs supporting 2 to 8 Ohm impedance. Additional features include a 1/4" headphone output, external control compatibility with AMX and Crestron, and mobile app control via BluOS Controller (adapter required). The amplifier operates on 100 to 240 VAC power and measures 17.1 x 3.9 x 15.4 inches, weighing 19.2 pounds.
