The Sequential Prophet-10 Desktop Module is an analog 10-voice polyphonic synthesizer designed for professional use. It features two authentic CEM 3340 VCOs per voice with selectable wave shapes, allowing for a wide range of sound creation. The mixer allows for control over oscillator amounts and white noise levels. A four-pole, resonant low-pass filter per voice provides extensive filtering capabilities, with switchable versions of the Prophet-5 Rev1/2 and Rev3 filters.

Envelope generators offer four-stage ADSR functionality for both filter and amplifier envelopes. Three LFOs provide various wave shapes and modulation options. The poly mod function allows for sources like filter envelope and oscillator B to be directed to multiple destinations. A vintage knob recreates the characteristics of various Prophet-5 models, while aftertouch and performance control features enhance the user experience.

With 200 user and 200 factory programs in 5 banks of 40 programs each, this synthesizer offers extensive patch memory. Inputs/outputs include mono and stereo outputs, MIDI ports, USB for bidirectional MIDI communication, and a control voltage input.
