The Solid State Logic SSL 12 USB Audio Interface with Songwriting Kit is designed for recording voice dire. It features 4 analog inputs and 8 outputs at 192 kHz ADAT, with a maximum sampling rate of 192 kHz / 32-Bit. The unit includes 4 microphone inputs and offers various analog audio I/O options including 4x combo XLR-1/4" TRS mic/line input, 2x 1/4" TS hi-z input, 4x 1/4" TRS line output, and 2x 1/4" TRS line/headphone output.
A TOSLINK optical ADAT input is also included. The host connection is via 1x USB-C on the interface, and it requires USB bus power. No display or built-in DSP is present, along with no built-in microphone. Input level adjustment is provided through 4x knobs, and there is no pad available.
