The Solid State Logic SSL 18 USB-C Audio/MIDI Interface with Drum Recording Kit offers a high-quality sound output. This interface features 28 inputs and 28 outputs, supporting a maximum sampling rate of 192 kHz with 32-bit precision. It includes 8 microphone inputs and provides analog audio I/O with 2x combo XLR-1/4" TRS Mic/Line/Hi-Z input and 7x combo XLR-1/4" TRS Mic/Line input. Digital audio I/O is available through TOSLINK optical ADAT/S/PDIF input and output, as well as RCA coaxial S/PDIF input and output.
The host connection is a single USB-C port, and it requires an AC input. It includes 9x color multi-segment LED meters, but does not have built-in DSP or microphone. Input level adjustment is via knob, with no pad available.
