It reduces exposure by 0.6 stops. The filter size is 127 mm with a 5" rear filter thread. It does not have a coating and has a thickness of 0.1" / 2.5 mm for the filter and 0.3" / 8 mm for the ring/frame. The filter is made of glass, while the ring is constructed from aluminum.
