This kit includes three filters with optical densities of 0.3, 0.6, and 0.9. The filters are made from CR39 resin and graduate from dark to light towards the top.
They are designed for use when shooting a bright horizon line while maintaining accurate exposure control between the horizon and foreground. The filters are clear in the lower half and include 1-, 2-, and 3-stop options. Each filter is produced with exacting tolerances to ensure consistent image quality when changing mid-shoot or day-to-day.
