The Opus Technologies AuraSTRX Transceiver is designed for wireless audio streaming in environments such as museums, conferences, and guided tours. This device supports Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity with an operation frequency range of 2.402 to 2.480 MHz. It functions as either a transmitter or receiver in Auracast mode and uses AES-CCM encryption. The unit features a 2.8" LCD touchscreen, five mechanical buttons, and a touch screen configuration option.
Additional features include a QR code reader, light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, and an RGB status LED. It includes a USB-C port for charging and a 3.5 mm audio input. The device supports stereo or mono output with a load impedance of 16 or 32 ohms and a nominal input of 57 mW RMS per channel. Audio processing supports sample rates of 16 kHz, 24 kHz, and 48 kHz with latency of 30 ms when used with an AuraGate.
