Spec SheetThe Square D TeSys LRD thermal overload relay is designed for use with TeSys D contactors, offering protection for motors rated 30-37kW at 400V. It features a thermal setting range of 55-70A, a tripping class of 20, and phase unbalance detection to ensure motor safety.
Key features include manual test and reset buttons, an automatic reset function, a trip auxiliary contact, and a trip flag indicator. The relay is lightweight and compact, measuring 70mm in width, and is suitable for direct mounting on the bottom terminals of TeSys D contactors LC1D80 and D95, forming a compact starter assembly.
It is temperature compensated for accurate protection across a temperature range of -20°C to 60°C. The relay supports control circuits with screw clamp terminals for flexible wiring, with a tightening torque of 1.7 N.m for control circuit terminals and 9 N.m for power circuit terminals. It is compatible with AC and DC network types and certified to multiple standards including IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, and EAC.
