• Day/Night Photocell: The SOL240-2XWP50E-2X200A-RMBB-DNS-7.63SQ features an integrated day/night photocell that allows for automatic operation of the light when ambient light levels drop below a certain amount such as in low light conditions or at night. This automatic operation of the light adds an additional layer of convenience to this explosion proof LED light fixture. Operators can adjust the photocell sensor to turn the light on at different ambient light levels to accommodate the specific needs of the location where the light is installed. These batteries are charged via two 80W 18V all weather rated photovolic panels. The panels each features 48 polycrystalline solar cells for a combined 96 cells, measures 30 " in length, 52.4" in width, and 3.19" in depth and offers high performance under low light conditions. The solar panel assembly is fabricated from high transmission tempered glass, polymer back sheets and a powder coated aluminum frame.
• Mounting: During installation, the LED lamp is mounted to the top of a square-tapered utility pole, with a measurement of 7.63" x 7.63". Using a two-piece bracket mount, the solar panel clamps to the side of existing square-tapered utility poles. This facilitates versatile setups, allowing operators to mount the solar panel and the LED lights in two different locations. The change system and control box are mounted at the base of the pole.
