This 12-5C w/ Ground Type MC Cable features a PVC jacket and interlocked aluminum armor, suitable for power, control, and lighting circuits. It is rated for 600 volts and approved for wet or dry locations with 90°C continuous operation. The cable uses copper conductors with cross-linked polyethylene (XLP) insulation meeting XHHW-2 standards.
It is built with a bare annealed copper ground conductor sized per UL 1569, with a sunlight-resistant black jacket and flame-retardant properties. The interlocked armor offers physical protection and serves as an economical alternative to conduit systems. Custom lengths from 20 to 1000 feet are available; longer lengths require consultation.
