• LED Benefits: Unlike gas burning and arc type lamps that have glass bulbs, LEDs have no filaments or fragile housings to break during operation. Instead of using a combination of gases to produce light, light emitting diodes (LEDs) use semi-conductive materials that illuminate when electric current is applied. With LED lighting technology, there is no warm up time or cool down time before re-striking. Rather, LEDs provide instant illumination when powered on, making them more dependable and convenient than halide or incandescent lighting methods.
• Hubs: Cable entry is facilitated by one M25 x 1.5 molded plastic hub with a stopping plug. This unit accepts a cable diameter range of 8-17mm (rubber coated and armored cable wiring) for connection to terminals.
• Mount: The high bay stanchion mount explosion proof light features a preset angled 25° configurations and is attached to a 1-1/2" slip fit yoke for easy installation. This is a fixed mount, non adjustable mount. We also offer 90° stanchions, Trunnion bracket, wall, and street light mount options.
