The 18-10C CMR Riser Security Cable is a stranded, shielded cable designed for riser applications requiring compliance with UL and NEC standards. It features 10 color-coded 18 AWG stranded bare copper conductors meeting ASTM B3, B8, and B286 specifications.
The cable includes an overall polyester-supported aluminum foil shield with a stranded tinned copper drain wire. Its gray PVC jacket has a nominal thickness of 0.015 inches and is rated for temperatures from -20°C to +75°C. A ripcord inside the jacket facilitates easy cable stripping.
