This 18 AWG stranded TFFN building wire features 16 strands of annealed copper for flexibility and durability. The conductor is insulated with heat- and moisture-resistant polyvinyl chloride (PVC), covered by a tough nylon jacket for added protection.
Rated for 600 volts and suitable for use up to 90°C, it complies with UL Standard 66 and RoHS requirements. This wire meets the specifications for fixture, machine tool, and appliance wiring as outlined in the 2008 National Electrical Code.
