A 3-pole, 2-wire plug rated for 20 amps and 250 volts featuring an explosionproof design for hazardous locations.

A 3-pole, 2-wire configuration supports connections up to 20 amps and 250 volts. The plug’s housing is made from 30 percent glass-reinforced thermoplastic polyester for corrosion resistance in harsh environments. Unique blade-type brass contacts maintain constant pressure to ensure reliable electrical contact. Insulators offer strong dielectric and mechanical properties with low arc tracking risk. A longer housing improves grip and simplifies plug insertion and removal. The neoprene watertight plug bushing fits flexible cords from 0.538 to 0.639 inch diameter. Compatible with standard non-explosionproof receptacles such as NEMA 5-15R, 5-20R, and 6-20R, as well as U-Line explosionproof receptacles. Rated for use in Class I, Division 1 and 2 hazardous locations including Groups B, C, D; Class II, Division 1 and 2, Group G and coal dust; plus Class III environments.
