• Panelboard: The MPD-PB-LB-MB-DZ-N-L-18-TF-N3R-18.S10 power distribution Lighting panelboard unit gives operators the ability to power and protect their MPD-PB-LB-MB-DZ-N-L-18-TF-N3R-18.S10 volt equipment. On the primary side, operators connect three-phase 480Y/277 volt line-in power using a customer-provided cord or line-in conduit. This panelboard distributes power from an electrical feed to various branch circuits. Breaker poles, breaker amperage, circuit count, mains protection, and branch breaker layout can be customized upon request.
• Main Breaker Panel vs Main Lug Only Panel: Panelboards are available with a main circuit breaker or as main lug only (MLO). A main circuit breaker provides overcurrent protection and serves as the primary unit serving all branch circuits and controls within the panel. This type of panel offers a single disconnection method for connected loads. A MLO panel typically serves as an add-on or sub panel, which is connected to a main breaker panel. A MLO panel does not have overcurrent protection or devices.
• Enclosure: The MPD-PB-LB-MB-DZ-N-L-18-TF-N3R-18.S10 is constructed from CNC formed carbon sheet steel and has High-strength TGIC Polyester Powder Coated coating in ANSI 70 Light Grey finish. This panelboard features a Top feed for running input conduit and Side Knockouts. This pannelboard is for main panel or sub panel configurations. This panelboard does not provide bus output connections for subpanels. .
• Certification: All units are built in accordance to NFPA 70 (National Electric Code), NEMA PB1 and NRTL certified to UL 1640.
• Grounding: The panel is grounded to the frame and we provide a grounding lug on the frame for the earth ground.
• Applications: This power distribution system is ideal for indoor or outdoor use and applications including but not limited to, construction sites, plant maintenance, plant turnarounds, shows, exhibits, and shipyard operations. These power distribution systems are popularly used in applications where external power sources are often necessary.
