This transit wire features a flame-retardant, thermoset insulation that performs well in harsh transportation environments. It remains flexible and resists cracking at temperatures as low as -55°C. The cable offers superior resistance to cut-through, crushing, abrasion, moisture, oils, and sunlight compared to rubber, EPR, Neoprene, and Hypalon alternatives.

- Meets AAR RP-585 and S-501, ICEA S-66-524, NFPA 130-2014, UL 1685, 49 CFR Part 238, ASTM E662, BSS 7239, VW-1, and IEEE-383 standards
- Annealed, tinned copper conductor with crosslinked polyolefin insulation
