4/0 XHHW Building Wire

4/0 XHHW Building Wire is sold by the foot with a minimum order of 1 foot and a maximum of 1000 feet. For longer lengths, please contact us directly. This wire type meets NEC requirements for general building wiring including conduits, underground installations, and other raceway applications.

The wire is rated for 600 volts and can be used in wet or dry locations up to 90°C. It is suitable for circuits requiring a dielectric constant not exceeding 3.5. Features include stranded bare copper conductors with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation. Sequential foot markings are available on sizes 250 KCMIL and larger for easier measurement.
