Copperfree aluminum 400AMP 4-pole plug assembly for AR40144 receptacle connections with solder wire terminals and grounding style 1 shell.

Copperfree aluminum provides the main material for this 400AMP plug assembly with four poles and matching four wires. It is compatible with AR40144 receptacles and ARC40144F connector bodies. The plug uses solder wire terminals for connection and includes a grounding style 1 shell only. Its natural finish glass-filled polyester insulating blocks and locking screw with slot help prevent cable collar loosening during use. Rated for 600 VAC at 50 to 400 Hz and 250 VDC, it accepts wire sizes from 400 to 1000 MCM. Suitable for rugged environments like motor generator units, welders, pumps, compressors, cellular relay stations, and ship-to-shore installations, it meets UL 1682, UL 1686, UL 50E, CSA C22.2 No. 182.1, and NEMA FB11 standards. The temperature rating ranges from minus 40 to 107 degrees Celsius.
