• Panelboard: The MPD-PB-RA-MB-YE-C-F-24-BF-N3R-3.T48 power distribution unit gives operators the ability to power their 480Y/277 volt equipment from a single system. On the primary side, operators connect three-phase 480Y/277 volt line-in power using a customer-provided cord. This panelboard distributes power from an electrical feed to various branch circuits. Models with breakers offer circuit protection.
• Main Breaker Panel vs Main Lug Only Panel: Panelboards are available with a main circuit breaker or as main lug only (MLO). A main circuit breaker provides overcurrent protection and serves as the primary unit serving all branch circuits and controls within the panel. This type of panel offers a single disconnection method for connected loads. A MLO panel typically serves as an add-on or sub panel, which is connected to a main breaker panel. A MLO panel does not have overcurrent protection or devices.

• Protective Construction: The power distribution system is protected by steel construction. Equipped with hinged locking doors, the main breaker panelboard carries a NEMA 3R rating for use in indoor or outdoor locations and protection from water, debris, corrosion, and external ice formation. This unit is compatible with wall mounting installations.
• Certification: All units are built in accordance to NFPA 70 (National Electric Code), NEMA PB1 and NRTL certified to UL 1640. NEMA 4 and NEMA 4X equipment can be equipped upon request.
• Grounding: The panel is grounded to the frame and we provide a grounding lug on the frame for the earth ground.
• Applications: This power distribution system is ideal for indoor or outdoor use and applications including but not limited to, construction sites, plant maintenance, plant turnarounds, shows, exhibits, and shipyard operations. These power distribution systems are popularly used in applications where external power sources are often necessary.
