The Acratech Large Leveling Base features a 74mm diameter surface for larger heads, includes a spirit level that supports up to 25 lb, and has a 3/8"-16 thread and screw. This leveling base allows 10° of movement in any direction and is designed for mounting on professional tripods. It is particularly useful for creating stitched panoramic images requiring an absolutely level base for a ball head.
