The Akai Professional MPC Sample Sequencer, Sampler, and Effects Processor is a sampling workstation that features digital/sample-based sound generation. It includes 16x velocity-/pressure-sensitive RGB backlight pads, 128x user samples, 8 GB internal OS memory, and 2 GB user storage. The device has a single microSD card slot, 1/4" / 1/8" (3.5 mm) headphone audio I/O, 1x 1/8" / 3.5 mm TRS MIDI input and output, and 1x USB-C port for bus power and host connection. It also includes 3x knobs, transport controls, and 24-bit / 44.1 kHz AD/DA conversion.
