The Alpha 5482C is a 22 AWG, 2 pair shielded cable featuring Xtra-Guard 1 high performance foil shielding. It uses stranded 7/30 tinned copper conductors for durability and corrosion resistance. The cable includes an aluminum/polyester foil shield with 25 percent overlap facing inward to reduce EMI interference effectively.
The jacket is made from premium-grade PVC, offering resistance to oils as per UL Oil Res I (60C RES) Class 43. It is rated for a voltage of 300V and operates within a temperature range of -35°C to +105°C. Additional features include a nylon ripcord for easier jacket removal and a jacket thickness of 0.032 inches.
