The Appleton EBR series receptacles provide reliable power connection solutions for demanding industrial environments. They incorporate either an interlocked circuit breaker or a disconnect switch, ensuring safe operation and protection against short circuits and overloads. These receptacles are explosionproof and dust-ignitionproof, suitable for hazardous locations.
Features include:
- Interlocked disconnect switch for safe connect/disconnect at 30, 60, or 100 Amp, 600 Vac maximum
- Interlocked circuit breaker with short circuit and thermal time delay overload protection
- Insert plug automatically locks into receptacle with a turn of the breaker handle
- Spring door to prevent dust ingress when not in use
- Brass contacts with constant pressure for superior electrical contact
- Neoprene bushing and cable clamps for strain relief and water ingress prevention
- Constructed from copper-free aluminum with epoxy powder coat finish
- Multiple voltage and amperage options available
