The Audio-Technica AT8024 is a shotgun microphone designed for use with DSLRs and video cameras. It features a hypercardioid polar pattern and electret condenser element. The microphone includes low cut/HPF, mono/stereo, and pad controls. Its frequency response ranges from 40 Hz to 15 kHz, with a maximum SPL of 128 dB (1 kHz, 1% THD). It provides a 1x 1/8" / 3.5 mm TRS male analog output and is powered by plug-in power.
The sound field can be set to mono or stereo, and the orientation is end address. It includes a low-cut filter at 80 Hz with 12 dB/Octave.
