The Audix M55WD Hanging Ceiling Microphone is designed for the Audix Dante AES67 integrated microphone system.
It provides audio and all microphone functions through a single Cat 5 to Cat 7 cable with RJ45 connections. The microphone requires one 5/8" hole in the ceiling for installation, with adjustable mounting hardware allowing height adjustment up to four feet. The M55WD features a high output for distance miking, low-noise preamp circuitry, and a two-color LED status indicator. It includes seismic and fire cable restraint.
