The BOGEN ANS500M is an additional microphone built to work with the ANS500 paging system. It automatically adjusts the paging level according to ambient noise levels to maintain clear communication.
This microphone supports connection of up to four small sensor microphones, with each sensor placed as far as 2,000 feet from the control unit. It requires only two wires for each sensor microphone connection, simplifying installation.
Connections are made through the pre-amp out to power amp in process loop. The system also adjusts frequency response during high noise conditions to enhance speech intelligibility.
