The Bogen MAX1R is a mono auxiliary input module featuring a high-impedance, unbalanced input with an RCA connector. It offers gain adjustment from -20 dB to +6 dB relative to 0 nominal gain via a gain/trim control.
This module includes an internal VOX gating circuit with adjustable threshold and duration settings. It supports four mute priority levels, allowing it to mute lower priority modules and be muted by higher priority ones. The fade mute/gate feature enables gradual audio fade-back after gating deactivation.
Bass and treble controls with cut/boost settings at 100 Hz and 10 kHz provide tone shaping. The module's output is assignable to either or both of two mixing buses.
