The Bogen SEC4T is a compact 4-inch ceiling speaker with a 4-watt transformer. It features multiple power taps, including 4, 2, 1, 1/2, 1/4, and 1/8 watts, allowing flexible volume control for 70V or 25V amplifier outputs.
Installation is quick and straightforward. Mounting requires only cutting the hole in the tile ceiling; wiring is simple with two conductor speaker wire connected directly at the transformer. The speaker snaps into place using spring-loaded clamps that hold tiles up to 1-1/4 inches thick.
Its bright white enamel steel grille and metal mesh protect the internal components while delivering clear, wide-range sound. The speaker includes clear input markings and does not require grille removal for connections. An optional tile bridge accessory (TBSF) is available for tile ceiling installations.
