Bogen VAR1 Voice-Activated Relay

The Bogen VAR1 Voice-Activated Relay detects audio signals across a wide voltage range. It operates two sets of C-form contacts when audio activity is present, supporting signals from low-level microphone inputs up to 70V speaker systems.

This relay features a transformer-isolated input and a balanced, low-impedance preamplifier. It includes adjustable controls for trigger threshold and release delay, allowing delays up to 25 seconds to prevent premature dropouts during paging. The VAR1 provides both normally open and normally closed contacts.
