C1D2 Hazardous Location UVC Fluorescent Fixture - 304 SS - (2) 4' UV T8 Lamps - Surface Mount - UVC - 100' 16/3 SOOW w/ EPP Cord Caps is a product intended for professional commercial and industrial applications.

- Wiring & Plug: This hazardous location UV fluorescent fixture is equipped with 100 feet of 16/3 chemical and abrasion resistant SOOW cord that is fitted with an explosion proof cord cap for easy connection to explosion proof outlets. Plug options include a 5-15 15 amp straight blade plug for use with 120 V explosion proof outlets, a 5-20 20 amp straight blade plug for use with 120 V explosion proof outlets, or a 6-20 20 amp straight blade plug for use with 220-240 V explosion proof outlets.
- Surface Mount: The HAL-48-2L-BMSW-SS-BL-UVC-100C-EPP features a surface mounting system. Surface mounting brackets on the housing facilitate a low profile wall or ceiling mount, making it suitable for installations in tight spaces. Power connections to the UV unit can be completed via two accessible, threaded, zinc-coated 3/4" wiring hubs.
- Note on Environment: Sunlight and visible light fixtures do not impact the effectiveness of the disinfecting on this UVC sanitation product. Metal halide, high pressure sodium, fluorescent, and LED light fixtures can be left on. The UV radiation emitted from this product is not disrupted by any type of lighting in the environment. Put simply, NO it DOES NOT need to be dark in the area you plan to disinfect. The UV radiation is harmful to the eyes and skin, and that is why you should not be in the area while it is in operation. Please see user manual for additional safety information.
