Corning MIC Tight-Buffered, 12 Strand, Plenum, Interlocking Armored Cable, Multimode OM3

The Corning MIC Tight-Buffered 12 Strand Plenum cable features multimode OM3 fibers in an interlocking armored design. Each fiber is individually jacketed with TBII buffered coating to facilitate easy termination and consistent stripping. The cable's core contains a dielectric central member surrounded by flexible, spirally wrapped aluminum armor that provides enhanced mechanical protection during installation.

Its flame-retardant outer jacket makes it suitable for indoor plenum environments, including general horizontal and vertical riser applications. The armor adds crush resistance while the cable colors help with visual identification based on fiber type.
