The cutter features round case-hardened, heat-treated alloy blades with enhanced sharpness for extended life. Constructed from low carbon steel, its body hardness measures HR 30N at 55° to 70°, while the blade edge hardness is HRC 45° plus or minus 3 degrees.
A locking mechanism keeps the handles securely closed during storage or transport. The overall length of the tool is 10 inches, making it compact for carrying in any tool bag.
