The Eclipse Tools 902-202 is a 1000V insulated wire stripping pliers with adjustable jaws. It accommodates conductors up to 10 mm² (AWG 8) in diameter. The tool features high-visibility molded ergonomic handles for a secure grip.
Constructed from drop-forged special tool steel (AISI 6150) with a Teflon multi-layered hard chrome finish, it offers durability and corrosion resistance. The pliers have a hardness rating of 46°±4° HRC and measure 6.3 inches in length.
Safety certifications include IEC 60900:2004, VDE, DIN standards, and a GS mark. The tool is tested for dielectric strength up to 10,000 volts in a water bath.
