The edelkrone Slide Module v3 EDDDX is a motorized add-on designed for SliderPLUS models. It supports synchronization with HeadPLUS or HeadONE and offers quieter operation compared to previous versions. This module features a step motor, allowing for maximum incline of up to 22.5° when used with SliderPLUS v5. The minimum step size is 22.4 µm on tripod and 11.2 µm on ground. Maximum speed is 2.5" / 6.4 cm per second on tripod and 1.26" / 3.2 cm per second on ground.

Runtime is approximately 22 hours on two LP-E6 batteries. The shutter trigger port is 2.5 mm, compatible with iOS 11.0 or later and Android 5.0 or later. It includes an OLED display and a DC power connector that supports optional AC/DC adapter. The module is made of aluminum with stainless steel components and measures 5.3 x 3.2 x 2.6" / 13.5 x 8.1 x 6.6 cm, weighing 1.87 lb / 0.85 kg.
