This 16-2C CMR Riser Security Cable features two 16 AWG stranded bare copper conductors with premium color-coded S-R-PVC insulation. It includes an overall polyester-supported aluminum foil shield and a stranded tinned drain wire for effective noise reduction.

The cable jacket is made from durable gray polyvinyl chloride rated for temperatures from -20°C to +75°C. It is compliant with NEC Article 725 Type CL3R standards and UL listed for 75°C and 150V applications, making it suitable for riser installations.

Typical uses include access control, video surveillance, intercom, burglar alarms, and home theater systems. The cable also includes a ripcord for simplified jacket removal.
