3/0 XHHW Building Wire

3/0 AWG XHHW-2 building wire is rated for 600 volts and suitable for wet or dry locations up to 90°C. This wire features stranded bare copper conductors insulated with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) meeting UL-44 standards. It is ideal for general purpose applications such as conduit, underground installations, feeders, and branch circuits in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).

Available in lengths cut to order, sold by the foot with a minimum of 1 foot and a maximum of 1000 feet per purchase. For runs longer than 1000 feet, please contact us. The wire offers an allowable ampacity of 165 amps at 60°C, 200 amps at 75°C, and 225 amps at 90°C.
