The Evolis Zenius Expert Single-Sided Card Printer is designed for printing single-sided cards. It utilizes color dye sublimation and monochrome thermal transfer technology. The printer supports a resolution of 300 dpi (11.8 dots/mm). Print speeds range from 120 to 150 cards per hour for color and 400 to 500 cards per hour for monochrome. The device includes options for various ribbons, including YMCKO, 1/2 YMCKO, KO, black monochrome, other monochrome, and hologram varnish. It features USB and Ethernet interfaces, supports Kensington security locks, and provides data encryption for magnetic encoding. The printer has LED displays with graphical notifications for cleaning alerts, low ribbon levels, and more. It can handle 20x 29.9 mil (0.76 mm) cards in the output hopper and 50x 29.9 mil (0.76 mm) cards in the card feeder. The printer supports card thicknesses from 10 to 30 mil (0.25 to 0.76 mm).
