The FEISOL CB-30D ball head is made of aluminum and supports up to 17.9 lb. It weighs 0.6 lb and has a height of 3.2 inches. The head includes a 3/8"-16 bottom mounting thread for compatibility with most tripod legs. The quick release clamp uses the Arca-type standard, allowing most Arca-type compatible plates to be mounted without interference. The clamp features a twist-knob to lock the plate in place and a button-style safety lock to prevent plates from slipping off the head accidentally. The head also has an independent 360° panning base with separate pan lock and a friction control knob to adjust movement speed and resistance.
