FLUX Pure Expander is a plug-in designed for audio postproduction work, offering mild expansion to hard noise gating. It helps remove unwanted sonic clutter such as noise, reverb, spillage, and mic bleed. By reducing gain below the threshold, users can control their material for tighter mixes. The plugin supports macOS and Windows computers with AAX, AU, and VST formats. It provides full control over processing with features like dynamic factor, dynamic velocity, and stereo width control through an M/S encoder/decoder. Up to sixteen channels of simultaneous processing are available for multichannel surround configurations.
